Diploma in Engineering
Min 3 year working experience in logistics / supply chain or equivalent
WMS knowledge will be an advantage
Those with certification in operating forklift will be an added advantage
Manage daily warehouse/logistic activities and ensure systematic storage, issuing and receiving of good
To supervise a team of warehouse assistants in their daily work activities and to achieve high standard of efficiency
Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines
Updating and Maintain Stock accuracy and records.
Schedule periodic cycle count to enforce stock correctness check
Perform inventory data entries in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock take
Enforce Quality control and ensure accuracy of Incoming & Outgoing goods.
Ensure Proper Documentation processing for incoming and outgoing goods and meeting deadlines
Ensuring segregation or quarantine of goods in proper procedure. Discrepancy to be noted, documented, and reported, awaiting further processing instruction. e.g. Damage Goods, Return to Supplier
