  • To Attend Tools Box Meeting
  • Filling of purchase order
  • Assist to Prepare Bid Tab & discussion of issuing of Puchase Order
  • Issuing of purchase order
  • Prepare summary of Monthly outstanding Purchase order, & Oversea Expediting Report
  • Process order and ensure timely delivery of Purchase products
  • Expediting of Purchase Order
  • Provide liaison assistance between requester and suppliers
  • Corodinate all necessary Import & Export Documenation
  • Not authorize to sign any company documents during probation period
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time
