Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand our present client base through sales calls, advertising, brochures and conferences.

  • Develop product training, configuration and sales aids, as well as service and maintenance plans
  • Work alongside with overseas Sales and Product Managers to achieve annual sales plan
  • Update & review product pricing and establish new product.

  • To obtain market information on status of upcoming projects, jobs awarded and clients references.
  • Provides marketing and new business development support globally to sales personnel
  • Conduct market research to determine market competition and requirements for existing and future products

  • To follow-up closely in monitoring the status and progress of tender submission.

Design Engineer (Electrical Heat Tracing) 29/08/2019

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Update Electrical & Instrument system layouts, single line diagrams, control schematics equipment/material schedules and date sheets, control wiring diagram for control systems etc.
  • Drafts engineering documents for clients submission or for construction
  • Tender proposal, drawing of Heat Tracing System
  • Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design
    interference check and design changes.
  • Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
  • Adheres to drawing checking procedure
  • Production planning and co-ordination of production activities to meet deadlines.
  • Do the QC on Electrical related items.
  • Prepare Engineering change form when there are changes in design
  • Attend meeting with Sales personnel to Client office or Site.
  • Not authorize to sign any company documents during probation period
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time

          ( i.e Follow up on PO, Delivery tracking ,Completion of Supplier DO with RCN ( For direct deliver to Project Site ) )             

  • Assist to Prepare Bid Tab & discussion before Purchased.            
  • Send Enquires to Suppliers and follow up            
  • Issue Purchase Order    
  • Follow up on completion of PO
  • Coordinate all necessary Import Documentations for incoming shipment .             
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Send Vendor Pre-qualification form to new suppliers and follow up          
  • Update new vendors into Approved Vendor List for ISO Purpose
  • Attend In House Training to improve Knowledge and productivity
